Concrete Replacement Project

Apex Futures LLC was hired to evaluate the concrete failures occurring at a relatively new HOA in Fort Collins, Colorado. Apex Futures worked with the HOA Board to develop a multi-year concrete replacement plan. We also prepared a subject matter expert (SME) report detailing findings on the concrete failure to assist the HOA Board with their claim. Apex Futures developed the scope, phasing document, performed the bidding process, performed resident communications, and managed the contractor and billing process.
