Acueducto is an off-grid vacation home and hospitality experience completed in 2024.
More than a rental property, Acueducto is a holistic travel experience focused on natural alignment, magical realism, and multi-generational travel. The home will be located on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean with walking access to Playa Cerritos in Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Just 10 minutes from Todos Santos and less than an hour from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), the concept draws heavily on the sustainable travel model from the Lomitas Lodges project Apex Futures developed and pursued in 2020.
Apex Futures LLC has again teamed up with FabriKG to design the house and auxiliary facilities. Apex Futures developed the hospitality concept, site conceptual master plan, financing plan, occupancy and pricing models, cost estimates, and is assisting with design and engineering. Apex Futures is currently working on the experience design, landscape design, and art curation for the project.
