Lomitas Lodges Baja Eco Resort is a sustainable hospitality concept developed for a coastal property just 45 minutes north of Cabo San Lucas on the Pacific Coast of Baja Califronia Sur, Mexico. The standalone lodges are designed into the property’s hillsides in an effort to fully immerse guests into the magic of the Baja landscape.

The master plan was phased for a potential build out of 28 lodges with common resort amenities. Apex Futures LLC worked with FabriKG (SJD, BCS -MX) for conceptual design and rendering assistance - seen in the gallery below. Apex Futures LLC developed the lodge floor plans with Baxt Ingui Architects (NY,NY - USA). T/LT Creative assisted with branding development.

The hospitality concept was focused on the intersection of the fast growing, sustainable minded travel market and the North American traveler desiring a balance of nature retreat and resort comfort.

Apex Futures LLC iniated the project and has funded the project development. Lane Brugman created the hospitality concept, site conceptual master plan, architectural floor plans, financing plan, occupancy and pricing models, cost estimates, MEP system design, branding, legal structure, and bi-national project team for the resort.

The project is currently seeking capital partners to progress development.
